ReplyDeleteHappy birthday Sally!! I love lesson number 2--I'm still figuring that out myself. It can be hard not to have a plan when you're seeing all your old classmates getting this job or that degree that gets them closer to what they want to "do" with the rest of their lives when you haven't even figured out what you want to do yet! (I guess that also fits in with lesson 30--another one I'm still working on!)

What a brilliant post. I have recently turned 30 myself and having read this it has made me reflect on all the amazing things that I have done rather than focus on what I haven't. Thank you - and hope you have a very Happy Birthday! Amy x

Oh i loved reading this Sally, what a nice idea. Completely and utterly agree with you about loads of your points, especially number 23, such a big lesson to learn, but when you do realise how free it feels! Oh and number 25, god yes, that's exactly what they taste and look like, bleeeurgh! the only veggie I don't like. Happy Happy Birthday, can't wait to hear about your Edinburgh trip x
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! Your little scuffed shoes are just soooo cute :)
